You will agree not to go to court or report to any Government agency, any information contained in your spiritual research, you will agree not to hold the Blackheart Brotherhood Kingdom liable for any loss of life involving any sick person brought to Blackheart Brotherhood for treatment/curing/services. Any and all disputes arising out of or related to these terms of use and/or your relationship with Blackheart Brotherhood and/or your use of this site shall first notified the management of Blackheart Brotherhood in writing and the management of Blackheart Brotherhood shall reply same within 21 days.

You agree to indemnify and hold Blackheart Brotherhood, its subsidiaries, affiliates, 
officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the services in violation of this agreement and/or arising from a breach of these Terms of Use and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above.

Blackheart Brotherhood will do everything to avoid charge backs from being received from its customers. We provide many means of dispute resolution, if you, as a Blackheart Brotherhood customer/client, have a question or problem with a charge from us, we will be happy to work with you to resolve it, and avoid a charge back. In the event that you do issue a charge back, Blackheart Brotherhood will use this document and customer’s agreement at the time of order to dispute your charge back with your bank and our processing company. Any dispute/charge back attempts will immediately result in suspension of the work and referral to an outside, third-party collection agency.

You must be eighteen or over to join this group or use this site. Membership in the service is real. By using and/or viewing this site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this agreement and that you are at least 18-years and 21-years old in other countries where 18 is not the age of majority.

In assessing the damages, a court may, enter judgment for three times such profits or damages, whichever is greater, together with a reasonable attorney’s fees in the case of any violation If someone copies anything on the Blackheart Brotherhood site, the organization will prosecute him/her to the fullest extent of the law.

Unfortunately there will be neither refunds nor returns on all custom-made spells, charms, rituals and other spiritual spells. This is due to the fact that ingredients used in our spells are very costly, rare, and are imported from various parts of the world. These precious ingredients can not be reused or resold for they are consumed by fire or wasted in the sea or grinded during the ritual ceremonies and consecrations of your spell’s job. No exchanges or store credits will be made in those cases. Should you decide to cancel your order after you have submitted payment, there will be a financial cancellation charge.
