Blackheart Brotherhood Kingdom will do everything to avoid charge backs from being received from its customers. We provide many means of dispute resolution, if you, as a Blackheart Brotherhood Kingdom customer/client, have a question or problem with a charge from us, we will be happy to work with you to resolve it, and avoid a charge back. In the event that you do issue a charge back, Blackheart Brotherhood Kingdom will use this document and customer’s agreement at the time of order to dispute your charge back with your bank and our processing company. Any dispute/charge back attempts will immediately result in suspension of the work and referral to an outside, third-party collection agency.
You must be eighteen or over to join this group or use this site. Membership in the service is real. Unfortunately there will be neither refunds nor returns on all custom-made spells, charms, rituals and other spiritual spells. This is due to the fact that ingredients used in our spells are very costly, rare, and are imported from various parts of the world. These precious ingredients can not be reused or resold for they are consumed by fire or wasted in the sea or grinded during the ritual ceremonies and consecrations of your spell’s job. No exchanges or store credits will be made in those cases. Should you decide to cancel your order after you have submitted payment, there will be a financial cancellation charge.
