THE ANCIENT COVENANT OF THE BLACKHEART BROTHERHOOD

THE FIRST TABLET — PURPOSE AND PRINCIPLES

The Brotherhood is founded upon the ancient pillars of Brotherhood, Loyalty, Respect, Integrity, Truth, and Personal Responsibility.

Let every member remember:

No brother stands above the Law of the Brotherhood.
No title places a person beyond accountability.
The higher one rises, the greater one's responsibility becomes.

THE SECOND TABLET — THE GATE OF MEMBERSHIP

The Gate of the Brotherhood shall be opened only to those who willingly seek membership and are prepared to uphold its principles.

Members shall:

- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Provide truthful information for membership records.
- Enter the Brotherhood by their own free will.
- Understand the responsibilities of membership before initiation.
- Maintain a lawful livelihood, profession, business, employment, craft, or other honorable means of sustaining themselves.

No person shall be compelled to enter, remain, initiate, fast, travel, participate in ceremonies, or make any payment against their will.

THE THIRD TABLET — THE LAW OF CONDUCT

Let every member walk among his brothers and sisters with dignity.

Within the Brotherhood there shall be no:

- Harassment.
- Bullying.
- Threats.
- Intimidation.
- Discrimination.
- Deliberate humiliation.
- Violence.

When disagreement arises, let wisdom stand before anger.

The strong member is not the one who conquers another, but the one who possesses mastery over himself.

THE FOURTH TABLET — THE VEIL OF CONFIDENCE

The private affairs of the Brotherhood shall be treated with discretion.

Membership information, private conversations, ceremonial materials, and internal affairs shall not be disclosed without proper authorization.

Yet the Veil shall never be used to conceal:

- Crime.
- Violence.
- Threats.
- Abuse.
- Fraud.
- Conduct that places another person's safety at risk.

Secrecy shall never stand above Truth.

THE FIFTH TABLET — THE SEAT OF LEADERSHIP

Every office carries a duty.

Every leader shall be:

- Accountable.
- Responsible.
- Fair.
- Transparent.
- Bound by the same laws as every other member.

Authority is a responsibility, not a weapon.

He who is entrusted with power must first learn to govern himself.

No leader shall use his position to exploit, threaten, deceive, or unlawfully control another member.

THE SIXTH TABLET — THE TREASURY

The Treasury of the Brotherhood shall be governed by clarity and honesty.

All official fees shall be communicated before payment.

No person may secretly collect money in the name of the Brotherhood without authorization.

Official payments should be properly recorded, and members should receive appropriate confirmation or receipts.

Where money enters, let records follow.
Where trust is given, let accountability answer.

THE SEVENTH TABLET — THE RITE OF INITIATION

Initiation is a voluntary passage into Brotherhood.

Every initiate must understand the nature of the ceremony before participating.

No initiation or ceremonial practice shall require:

- Physical injury.
- Forced consumption of substances.
- Sexual activity.
- Dangerous acts.
- Illegal activity.
- Threats or coercion.
- Human sacrifice.
- Harm to another person.

A member may refuse an activity that makes them uncomfortable or unsafe.

A member may leave the Brotherhood.

The sacred path has meaning only when the traveler walks it by choice.

THE EIGHTH TABLET — FASTING AND INNER DISCIPLINE

Where fasting is practiced as part of the Brotherhood's spiritual tradition, it shall be undertaken voluntarily and responsibly.

No member shall be pressured to fast when doing so would place their health or safety at risk.

Any ceremonial preparation involving abstinence, meditation, prayer, silence, or reflection should be explained beforehand and undertaken according to the member's own free will.

Discipline is not punishment.
Discipline is mastery of the self.

THE NINTH TABLET — THE ANNUAL GATHERING

From time to time, the Brotherhood may gather for its annual assembly, ceremonial observances, teachings, fellowship, and reflection.

Members may be invited to travel to the appointed place.

Travel and participation shall remain voluntary and shall be communicated clearly in advance.

Where brothers gather in truth, distance becomes smaller.

THE TENTH TABLET — THE SACRED OFFERING

Where the Brotherhood observes symbolic offerings as part of its ceremonial tradition, every offering shall be lawful, voluntary, and conducted without cruelty or harm.

No member shall ever be required to harm themselves, another person, or a loved one.

No human sacrifice shall be practiced or demanded, but only animal sacrifice.

Any ceremonial contribution or material requirement shall be clearly explained before the member agrees to participate; only sacrifice is not predictable.

An offering has meaning because it is given freely, not because it is taken by force.

THE ELEVENTH TABLET — THE DIGITAL TEMPLE

The Brotherhood's digital channels extend its community.

Members shall not:

- Dox one another.
- Impersonate another person.
- Publish private information.
- Threaten others.
- Conduct scams or fraud.
- Use the Brotherhood's name to deceive people.

THE TWELFTH TABLET — THE FORBIDDEN PATH

The Brotherhood shall not be used as a shelter for unlawful conduct.

Fraud, theft, violence, extortion, blackmail, trafficking, abuse, and other unlawful acts are forbidden.

No mystical teaching, oath, title, ritual, or secret shall place itself above the law.

THE THIRTEENTH TABLET — THE SCALE OF JUSTICE

When a complaint is brought before the Brotherhood, it shall be considered fairly.

Depending upon the circumstances, disciplinary measures may include:

1. Counsel or warning.
2. Formal warning.
3. Suspension.
4. Removal from a leadership position.
5. Termination of membership.

Serious misconduct may justify immediate suspension or removal.

Justice without fairness becomes tyranny; fairness without truth becomes weakness.

THE FOURTEENTH TABLET — THE OPEN DOOR

Any member may voluntarily depart from the Brotherhood.

Upon leaving, no member shall be subjected to:

- Threats.
- Harassment.
- Retaliation.
- Blackmail.
- Intimidation.
- Demands for continued participation.

The path may be entered freely, and it may be left freely.

A Brotherhood worthy of loyalty does not imprison those who choose another path.

THE FIFTEENTH TABLET — AMENDMENTS OF THE COVENANT

The Covenant may be amended through an established leadership process.

Significant changes shall be communicated to members clearly.

The ancient principles of Truth, Integrity, Respect, Responsibility, and Voluntary Brotherhood shall remain the foundation of every amendment.

THE OATH OF THE BROTHERHOOD

I enter this Brotherhood by my own free will.

I shall seek Truth above deception.

I shall honor my word.

I shall respect my fellow members.

I shall accept responsibility for my actions.

I shall not use the Brotherhood to harm, threaten, exploit, deceive, or unlawfully control another.

I shall protect legitimate confidences without concealing wrongdoing.

I understand that my membership is voluntary.

I understand that I may refuse participation in an activity that is unsafe, unlawful, or contrary to my conscience.

I understand that I may leave the Brotherhood without threat or retaliation.

By Truth I enter.
By Integrity I remain.
By Wisdom I walk.
By Responsibility I stand.
